Ansonia Revaluation Begins
The City of Ansonia is in the process of data verification for the state mandated Revaluation for the October 1, 2017 Grand List. Municipal Valuation Services (Munival) has been contracted by the city to perform this service.
As part of the process, within the next few weeks Munival will be mailing out a data verification letter to all residential property owners within Ansonia. This letter will be compiled of information about the property from existing City records. This information will be utilized during the valuation phase of the project. The City of Ansonia is requesting that you review the information listed and make any necessary corrections on the form, sign the form and return it by date specified.
